Hello, I am interested in this new game called Yomi. It is a card game simulating a fighting video game. It is designed by David Sirlin, a well-known Street Fighter player. The purpose of this game is to practice the skill known as "Yomi" (reading), used in fighting games during mind games. This game distills the essence of high level fighting; once the initial technical barrier overcome, elite players converse on a tactical, strategic and intellectual level. This game is about knowledge of the characters, reading your opponent and evaluating your options properly. I was always interested in the mental aspect of fighting games but do not have the dedication to practice the moves. Yomi allows me, to some extent, to experience the mental process behind high level fighting. The rules are quite simple: http://www.sirlin.net/yomi/rules I have a physical copy of the game, but it is sold out. Luckily, you can play the game online: http://www.fantasystrike.com/dev/ List of all cards: http://www.sirlingames.com/pages/yomi-card-images Some helpful keyboard controls: S - Sort your cards by rank Spacebar - Hold to zoom on a card You can pause timer by clicking II below timer. If you want to play, just tell me, my name is Zombo.

This looks really interesting, but not something I could get into, unfortunately. Also very cool that you can buy the whole "download and print" set, very convenient. I'll hit this game by a few friends who might enjoy it.
