no its like putting a coin into a finger slot and flipping the coin over and over again into different finger slots

I used to do this, I practice it from time to time, but never got that good. :/ My brother got really good though after practicing for a month-ish.

No, it's simply called a coin roll. The vid that guy posted called pokerchip handling is the Rolldown flourish with 4 coins. Tricks like these are rarely used by themselves and are usually combined with magic/sleight of hand tricks. Trust me, my main hobby is coin and card magic/sleight of hand. I film me doing coin stunts and post it in a little bit.
