It would be neat if you could put 'shoutbox' at the end of a post and have the link to the post appear in the shoutbox.

uhh, you can just shout the post yourself, not that complicated, probably less prone to abuse too

I saw that mentioned appeared in the shoutbox, or maybe it was a glitch, that was pretty neat, like when someone is mentioned maybe an option to have it notify in the shoutbox, or ratings with a link to the post... idk

then just mention yourself or something, or just mention someone and it'll pop up EDIT: or mention that made-up user called "shoutbox" haha, then it'll work
