Kammy's are basically awards that are given to UPSB members for being ___________. The Vault is a secret forum for Prem's only.

If you search the Kammy's on upsb.info/wiki, you will find out. The wiki is a great resource for finding out almost anything pen spinning! As for the vault, no-one really knows what goes on in there.
