To me, there should be a distinction between the two. To take an example: Finger Stall - Place the pen horizontally on your fingertip until it is balanced. Now, so long as you keep your finger still, the pen will stay there. No movement required from you once the pen stops moving = Stall. Finger Balance - Place the pen vertically on your fingertip. You will have to constantly move in order to keep the pen on your finger - It will be falling constantly and only your constant movement will keep it there. Movement required to keep pen balanced - Balance. To clarify: No movement required from you once the pen stops moving = Stall. Movement required to keep pen balanced - Balance. What does everyone think to this?
