Was it a clean cut or was it torn all over the place, also was it in an envelope or a manilla bubble wrap package. I once traded with someone and he sent in a letter envelope, when I got it, it was all ripped up and most of the stuff was missing, we were both cool about situation though. But the thing is, the way letter envelopes are processed the can get messed up if they have big bulges in them from a lot of pen inside, just my experience. -
