Advanced Tricks / Wrist spin

Just been trying to fill in the wiki on this, but erm... We need to agree which was is the 'normal' and which is 'reverse' spin direction. Also, is 'inverse' with the pen spinning on the top of the wrist (that's palm down) or the underneath (palm up)?

same convention as palmspin/backspin, no reason to change that inverse wrist spin would be the palm up same as in other tricks.

normal is the same direction as thumbaround normal, so counter clock wise reverse is clock wise and dont ask me about inverses whoops, zombo got there first
