When I am not at my computer or laptop I use my iPod touch to go onto UPSB but it's not Mobile friendly. For people on the forums who have a Internet accessable handheld device shouldn't there be a UPSB mobile friendly page? (Sorry if I had some typos I'm typing from a touch screen keybaord on my iPod touch!):nee:

Why don't you go ahead and donate some money to make a mobile page, hmm? it's not very difficult to navigate the site just the way it is using an ipod/iphone

What .______. I use safari and it works just fine... The only problem I see is that sometimes the youtube videos are not visible in posts. Like when you use that media button to post it. If you use the [youtube] tag, then it works.

I was actually thinking if somebody can program an app for UPSB (something similar to the Facebook app) O.o for the mobile, I remember in v3 there was a lite version of UPSB, but it basically took out almost everything except forums I'm also using a mobile phone (LG Cookie) most of the time to browse and I don't have much problem except that when I click anywhere except links, it refreshes the page (Opera Mini 5.1)

Its not a matter of making it mobile friendly then, you simply have a bad connection to UPSB. Could be a whole range of issues or something simple like you are too far away from your wireless access point.

moving to Board Comments. This is something we could consider...tapatalk requires us to install a plugin for vBulletin...not sure how difficult that would be.

How much does it cost to create a mobile friendly version or even an app for quick access to threads/ shoutbox?

An app would be wonderful actually but who's gonna give money for it?

By the way the grey box wallpaper thing is SUPPOSED to happen. It's just when you're trying to scroll down a page too fast for safari to load it.

I think the app should be like the facebook app where when you first open it there is a username and password word box.

I used installous to get Tapatalk on a Jailbroken Ipod Touch (firmware 3.1.1) but everytime I try to start the app it will go to the ad screen where it says Tapatalk but then exit out and go back to my apps pages. Weird? I'm trying to use version 1.9 of the app.

How about you try to upgrade to 4.1? Works fine for me. Or try to reboot.
