    lololol im a tech support guy for an ISP... big outages, like a whole exchange never rly go down for more than a day at the most. small outages like the line in 1 person's house dont rly get picked up unless reported by that one house... did u give ur ISP a call or did u just wait it out? lol

    called every single day until they sent a tech to fix it took 7-8 days i think the outage was like 3 days, but my internet continued to be broken afterwards needed a tech for that
