Tkal here. I saw a few pen spinning vids a while back and have been intrigued ever since. I haven't learned any tricks myself, but seeing people do basic ones in class makes me want to learn how to do some impressive stuff. I actually had the old UPSB forum bookmarked when I first got into it, but never registered or really read any of the threads. Now I'm looking for another hobby to supplement origami and pen spinning looks pretty fun.
