Off-topic / Photoshop Design Help needed

I am doing a project for school and need a photoshop banner on Chairman Mao. I no longer have photoshop and am very bad at it. If someone could help me out, I would gladly appreciate it. Preferably I would like it to be red and have a clean yet complicated look. Thanks

which photoshop do you have? i recommend http://www.brushking.eu for brushes, http://www.myphotoshopbrushes for tutorials and other stuff. Also, use filters, some look really awesome. The Gaussian blur makes a layer look more clean and easy...ect ect ect........ any questions just ask >.> i see if i can answer them (although im not saying im pro :\)

like around Jan's sig but longer, It will be used as a website banner. Sorry for the bad measurements. Also I dont have photoshop atm. Im asking if someone could help make one for me thanks
