    you dont even need to marinate.. just boil the ribs, slather on some sauce, and grill/bake that shit

    so it comes down to finding a good sauce... I use Frank's Red Hot, but I never tried on BBQ ribs

    KC Masterpiece is a good bbq sauce, but it's a bit on the sweet side. I find mixing sauces helps create a more controlled sauce. 3/4 KC Masterpiece to 1/4 Cattleman's does the job

    the sauce is part of it the way its cooked at whichever temperature and the type of fuel/wood used matters heavily also marination..dont get me started
