[B]Intro[/B] Hi everybody, here's my third tutorial for UPSB. Since a lot of people requested a tutorial for my Sausage mod (Prince, SyntaxError, Colin, Krispy Kreme, Jan and Marvin), I came here to release it. I wanted to use a little cap from Emboss pen and that's how this mod was born =) Why 'Sausage'? It's very thick, sleek and
tastyroundish :D Firstly it was made just for fun, but once I got used to it I couldn't spin anything else. Be careful, lol. So, let's get started. Here's a pic of finished mods:

[B]Stats[/B]
Single-sided, non-writable
Length: 19.7 cm
Thickness: 1.1 cm
Weight: smth around 15 g
Balance: a little bit moved to back cap, but it's even more interesting, as for me :P
[B]Materials[/B]
I used a lot of parts that were taken from different pens, but some of them are spare and almost never needed, and that's just great ^^, Here's a picture of all materials you need:
In order of their position, left to right and then down:
1. Signo Broad - grip (0.5 cm)
2. Stabilo Color Gel 208 - tip
3. Pilot G1 - tip
4. Sailor Gel - grip (6 rings)
5. Emboss pen - little cap
6. Pilot G3 - cap
7. Emboss pen - body
8. Fibracolor marker body (or any body that fits in Emboss body and can hold Pilot G3 cap, you can also use Dong-A Computer Sign Pen (with tape), Bellcolor, New Namae pen (as Nachoaddict said, thanks), SuperPirat and so on, you need something like that, I think you got it, SUPERTIPS WON'T WORK) - body (5.3 cm).
[B]Front side[/B]
Add your little Emboss cap on Emboss body, then put Color Gel tip into your cap, put Signo Broad grip between Color Gel tip and Emboss cap. Yep, you're already finished with the front side of mod =)
[B]Back cap[/B]
Firstly you're expected to cut body from 8th item to 5.3 cm. Secondly, get rid of the clip on G3 cap, put G1 tip inside it and then put body from 8th item inside. Make sure both body and cap are holding each other. If they aren't, then just add some tape. Add sailor grip onto the cap.
[B]Assembly[/B]
Put construction from the second step inside Emboss body. Add some tape if needed.
Ta-daa! You're done =) Don't forget to leave a comment about the quality of tutorial and what do you think about the pen, please.

What tip I can use to sub the Stabilo Color Gel 208 tip? I have all other parts and want to check this mod :P Nice name BTW.

Not only. As far as I remember, it's also can be found in Malaysia, Germany, France, Spain and somewhere else.

I suggest to add a grip to the small emboss cap so it becomes balanced. Not sure what grip though. Maybe the remaining sailor gel grip?

By the by, Stabilo Color Gel tip can be replaced by a new HGR tip, they should be the same weight. ALSO, I can get Stabilo Color Gel 208's ;) Theyre like 4$ though ._. So yeah.

Colin, I've never had a HGR, but as I remember HGR are lighter than Signo. Otherwise, Stabilo tips are heavier. So, I don't think HGR is a good sub.

just a note st caps can fit in the emboss aswell so u just have to hollow, and cut to size and that way u can have many more color varietys to go with the vast # of colors of emboss :)

Come on man, sausage mod? My mom thought I was looking at porn when I opened this thread! What's your next mod going to be? Something like 'Bell ended mod'? Is going to have comments like you have to rub it hard and suck the tip to get the ink out? Jesus. Just call it something, I don't know, better?

I think the penwish emboss pens are the same except with different coloured bodies.

cool! i'll start gathering the part for one of these! just wondering how big is the offset of the imbalance? Is a signo heavier then a 208? what what of the g1 tip? hmmm just thinking how to make the mod COG=COP xD anyway really cool mod (and name!) another addition to my growing white pen mod collection! xD

Stabilo tip is heavier than signo, so this sub won't help you.
