Spinning a book or object on your finger basketball style) Who else does this? What is the "perfect" book? I think drag is very important for book spinning, whenever I do it with Frisbees the aerodynamics of it make it hard to continue and keep it going.

Well, a perfectly square book is the best. You need it heavy but not too heavy, otherwise you won't be able to hold it up :xd: And with a frisbee it hard to keep the momentum.

I learned by using a square cushion. The trick is to just go. Use yourother hand and spin it try to get a feel for the motion. The cushion shud kind of move your hand a long so just try to keep it balanced so it doesn't fall off at first. After you have that do it again but as it is slowing do a half circle push pull. Dw you'll have the motion from feeling the rotation from before. It took me a dew weeks to get this but it is well worth it. <3~~
