Off-topic / Jailbreaking?

    So yeah, Im on a thread-creating-rampage. Shoot me. Anyway, Ive been roaming Google like a mofo, and cant find a decent jailbreak for my iPod. Its a 2g MC model. I jailbroke it once on 3.1.2 with..I think redsn0w, or blackra1n. I forget. Anyway, when it was finished, I clicked on Cydia, and that shit just crashed. Rebooted it, and most of the default icons were missing. So, I had no choice but to update it to 4.0.2 ; not knowing that I couldve restored it back to 3.1.3. Ive read from Google taht you cant downgrade any 4.0.x firmware, so I upgraded to 4.1 ( knowing that I'll regret it later) SO. Halp? :[

    im running on 3.1.3. jailbreak right now. I have the 2g one. Im about to update up to 4.0 because i read some places that you need to be at 4.0 to jailbreak 4.1whatever the number is. I just need to back up my music though. Im just waiting for the 4.1u2381231293123 thingy to work for windows. And also, if I update I'll lose my secret way to get unlimited porn on itouch lolol. I don't wanna lose that app for pee to the hub from cydia.

    Is there even a jailbreak for 4.1 yet? I just got a new iPod since I killed my old one, which was jailbroken way back at like, 3.1 something lol. I wanna jailbreak it so bad, I want my Cydia back D:

    Nope. You guys are going to have to wait until they find another exploit in the software. I have my Touch 3G at iOS 4.0 and jailbroken. I've been wanting to update it for gamecenter and stuff, but I want it Jailbroken ha ha

    Mike gamecenter is shit. There are only like 30 games that you can save your scores on to it. And you cant even do anything. Only see what scores your friends have in limited paid apps. Its shit lol

    I believe there is a jailbreak out for iOS4. Its "jailbreakme.com". Visit it ON YOUR IPOD/IPHONE!!! It works, my uncle did it. Pretty sure more jailbreaks will be released soon though

    ...yeah that's iOS 4.0 and 4.0.1. It doesn't work for 4.1.

    So yeah, epic revive. I got an iPhone last week, and jailbroke it using redsn0w. Cydia installed, and it doesnt make my phone crash. however, cydia doesnt work, like it keeps timing out and whatnot. the wifi is funky; it has full signal and i can sometimes access the appstore, but safari and other apps using wifi dont work. halp? :(
