Anyone wanting to play the new mafia game can sign up here. NOTE : U MUST BE ACTIVE Inactive players are pointless and a nuiscance to everyone. And will be kicked after a day For zen: "I feel that there need to be something done with the people who are inactive. Before I have tried to make sure serious people join the game, or at the very least I intended to. I think people who have a record of being inactive should not be allowed. It ruins the game. Now supergirl you suggested that we just simply remove them from the game. Snip the dead weight, the sandbags of the balloon. It may have worked with your party but not with ours. We, in the past have barely been able to play because of a lack of players, that is why I kept the players who were inactive in hopes that they would reply. You had 20 players so it is understanderable that you were able to remove players." U got that? If you are inactive this game we will keep a record of it and u may not be able to join future games. I saw your post, and I can see why it wouldn't work. Especially if there's only like 9 players, and three people turn out to be inactive. The game would be kinda ruined. Have you thought of other measures of dealing with inactives? Such as only accepting players who you think will be active in the game? -

Hmm that is actually an interesting way to deal with it. We will look at your past offences, and we will dictate whether you can join or not. You may still have a chance at joining but you will not be first priority. As in you will be a substitute if we lose a player (inactivity, vacation, absent with note)

I now have WiFi in the place I'm staying in for vacation. I might join. But I'll be busy everyday since I am on vacation. So not sure if I should play. If day phases are 72 hours then I'll probably have more than enough time to play. Edit: nvm, my WiFi died LOL

In that case, we should be able to squeeze a game in. However, if the game is quite even for both townies and the mafias, then the game might last longer. So it is probably better to just wait. @ShadowParadox About a week or so before v5 gets released, make sure to pm all the players to make an account on v5 asap so we can start the game asap. -

Yeah I think at this point it should just be postponed till December and we can do the a Christmas Edition instead of summer, well it'll still be the summer edition for me, it was 40C in my house yesterday ;-;. Plus I can't participate until the 29th of Nov anyways cause exams so yeah -

Can we just start a game please Shadow? I'm sorry for pestering you a few times already, but we don't know when v5 will actually come. I doubt that v5 will come within the next 2 weeks. And two weeks is already enough time for a game. Even if v5 does comes during the middle of a game, it can be easily migrated to v5. You can also change the day phase lengths to maybe 24 hours or 48 hours to fasten the game pace. -
