Promotion video: Rules: 1. Grouping The competition is divided into 3 groups [Advanced level, Intermediate level, Beginner level]. The competitions in these groups will be carried out independently. Participants should apply for the group according to their strengths (please attach a video for reference if you have one). The differentiation of these 3 levels are demonstrated (roughly) by the following 2 videos. The boudary line between Advanced level and Intermediate level: The boudary line between Intermediate level and Beginner level: 2. How to apply (1) Send a Facebook message to U91X (fb:洪偉軒https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002843902914) (2) Send an e-mail to [email][email protected][/email] Chosse on of them Your application should includes: (1)Your name, (2)Years of pen spinning experience, (3)The group that you apply, (4) A link to a pen spinning video of you (if you have one). 3. Competition format Submit your pen spinning video to Youtube just as most pen spinning competitions. The title of the video should follows the format: [Your name] for Skills Competition R[which round]. For example: u91X for Skills Competition R1. ★The time limit for combo is 10~28sec. There is no specific theme in the competition. You may use any setting you want, like black background, stage performance, etc. 4. Criterion for moving on to the next round The top 16 participants in R1 will be advanced to R2. The top 8 participants in R2 will be advanced to R3. The top 3 in R3 will be awarded. 【The schedule and rule are subject to change according to number of participants.】 The judging criteria includes Difficulty/Execution/Creativity/Presentation. The detailed discription is set to be the same as that in WT/WC, except that the maximum score of each criterion is 10 instead of 5. 5. Award Advanced level: Gold award ×1, Silver award ×1, Bronze award ×1. Intermediate level: Gold award ×1, Silver award ×1, Bronze award ×1. Beginner level: Gold award ×1, Silver award ×1, Bronze award ×1. Other(unrelated to grouping): Creative award×1, artistic award×1, best presentation award×1. 6. Schedule The application period is Apr. 25 ~ May. 25. Deadline for submitting video for R2 and R3 will be announced when their previous round end. The deadline for R1 will be announced with the announcement of list of participants. it is open to non-taiwanese: )

Advanced ;o It'd be unfair for me to be in intermediate, like me and Miyuki in UPSBTs intermediate last year. -
