Taking away a bit of the annoyance of a monday is our third episode of MX Monday! [SIZE="5"]the rules[/SIZE] 1. the clip must be uploaded/posted on Monday (on the MX monday threads). [SPOILER="clarification"]i dont want people to just post old clips from months ago... it should be a new clip each week. if you film a combo several days before monday then its fine as long as you upload it on the monday. but in the case that you cant upload it/post it on monday, you will be allowed to do so later in the week. (im not gonna be too harsh on this rule since i know a lot of people are too busy to upload. i also realize that because of time differences, i may post this thread late for some people... so i dont really mind if someone posts a day or 2 later).[/SPOILER] 2. the pen used must be an RSVP MX or simple variation [SPOILER="clarification"]what i mean is that it can be a subbed mx for personal preference (like the toro mx) but it must still keep the general concept of the rsvp mx. in other words, no mmx, no msxa, no impact mx, no mx^2, etc. a couple of acceptable variations are a signo tipped mx, an mx with hyper jell grip instead of hgg grip, an mx with supergrip and hgr tip instead of hgg grip and tip, etc.[/SPOILER] 3. the clip does not need to be a full combo. it may be a mini combo, a linkage, a power/continuous trick, or even an MX session if you want. also, [B]there is no need to post every week[/B]. you just post any week that you can/want to. anyway, everyone have fun and please participate! thanks!

so yeah... the rules specify that the mod used should be mx or simple variation. what i mean by this is that you can sub out some of the parts for personal preference (mainly just the hgg grip and tip), but still keeping the general idea of the original mod. i know thats a rather vague rule, but the point is to make it more convenient for people who can only get subs for some parts; a lot of people prefer signo tipped mx too. anyway, the point is that the s777 mx only contains an rsvp cap... its not really anywhere near original rsvp mx. i dont really care this time, but in the future please try to stick to that rule (im still surprised that you dont have an actual mx). sorry i didnt say sooner but i didnt realize until just now... -

It only spins bad if you mod it bad. You need to take the time and place all the grips and balance it with patafix. -

Guys, everyone has diferent preferences and liking. We can't tell him the way he thinks of a mod, I mean you can try. It's like saying that "I don't like comssas because they are clusmy and hard to spin for me" and someone says "No their not, their amazing to spin super smooth and light but good momentum. What are you saying you think a comssa is bad LOL" and it's the same with barrels/grips you can fight for days over which one is better but the result is that everyone is diferent. You can't really change the way he thinks of a pen.Why fight over how the mod feels. Everyone has their own opinions and try to accept them.

@Whirlpool i dont really think anyone was fighting over it... just debating. thats definitely allowed since there is a lot to benefit from such conversations. ive never spun s777 mx so i think its quite educational hearing about these differing views. my only issue is that this thread isnt really the place for such debates. anyway, none of this would have started if sekai just had a normal mx <_< (just kidding lol [im not really kidding])
