You seen to have a lot of demands for such a thing. Can I ask why normal earplugs isn't good enough?!

it's easier to grap your mp3 and directly listen to your music instead of spending 10 min to solve something like

:P and somehow my earbuds are all dead becuase of a problem around the 3.5mm plug and by making it wireless I hope to slove that problem

Speaking of over the budget: http://www.thomann.de/gb/sennheiser_ew_112p_g3eband.htm. This is just an example of what actual pros use. A bit out of your league, but pretty much the only thing delivering decent sound quality, with decent batteries and the possibility to actually choose good headphones (and sources) to attach to. If you've ever seen people on TV with microphones attached to their heads, this is the kind of technology they actually use. And yes, they carry a body pack around with them.
