Doesn't look very spectcular but it's creative, I myself couldn't do any combo with this but many creative Penspinners will most likely use this combo in one of their combos. :)

Wiper Harmonic Fall would seem like a more correct name, seeing as it is Wiper Reverse -> Wiper Normal going down the hand. A Wiper Fall would basically just be the first half of a Triple Infinity.
