Regular Pen Discussion / How to know when you have style?

ive been spinning for about 7 months now and ive heard when you have atleast a year you'll develop a style..but how do you know for sure if your developing or have one?

well, theres no definite amount of time it takes to develop a style. you may be developing your style through your whole PS career. im not sure if there is really a way to know... but when people comment on your style, then you know that it is at least developing. style is probably one of the most confusing concepts for non-spinners and beginners. its much easier to develop a style once you understand style and can differentiate between different styles. but all the same, i think it really develops almost involuntarily. sometimes it is shaped around a spinner you idolize or a specific attribute you strive for... but i digress. i just feel like once you get a style, you know... you know?
