just go w/ anything u feel is comfortable. just don't go too extreme

You have to factor in how big and strong your hand is and of course how it feels to spin it. Even the softness and dryness of the skin can play a role.

There is no such thing as best mod. Its personal preference, and you'll have to find out which mod you prefer most yourself. Frog~
