Spammer's Bin / how 2 get rid of conflickr virus

i have it contained so that every hour on the hour my event viewer just gets blasted with a couple "at##.job failed to start: general access denied" errors when it tries to do something. im totally sure it cant do jack shit anymore, but i would like it to just be gone now. whats the least invasive way to do this?

ctrl alt delete > Start task manager > explorer.exe > right click > end process tree Should fix it. If it doesn't, throw your computer out, it's done.

Scrub advice. ctrl + shift + esc goes straight to task manager -
