Try using the RSVP inktube? Or chopsticks, skewers, scissors, ear cleaners, etc. And as @SwitchPalm said, no need for a new thread.

Get a hammer and crush the rsvp body. Than get the insert out. After, superglue all the pieces together.

just try to hook it out with a paperclip.
