Advanced Tricks / twisted cobra bite/swivel rev tips?

    hey i need some advice! When i do twisted cobra bite, i do it it correctly, BUT i always have to do a huge arm jerking movement... Is this normal? Tips?

    Don't let the pen fall off your hand and then move your arm to catch it, try to like move your hand around the pen through the whole movement then just grab it when it's in the correct place. Don't know if tht makes sense, but yeah
