    ... just to cleat things up, are we allowed to edit our pictures now? Further, could a modder possibly use his mod twice or use an older mod?

    The theme is: "New concept" . I have a question 1. New concept = Create a new mod ?? Or 2. New concept = Old mod + new ideal + new design ??

    Because judges would know which mod is ours and therefore may not be able to judge unbiased.
