Um hey guys don't judge me or anything but I need help! What in your opinion is better? Buster CYL or Firefly G3?

Buster CYL if you are an experience Spinner. FireFly is for collection though. better than it spins lol. imo :mellow:

Depends. Do you prefer single sided or double sided mods? And though I can't remember how heavy the f1r3fly mod is, the Buster is rather heavy, so take that into account as well. If this is your first mod (and I'll guess it might be) I'd recommend starting with something a bit lighter such as a comssa, be it metallic, or even "cheat" comssa.

firefly is more like a work of modding art than a spinning utility... its like the thing you keep in a cloth case that people look at with big bulgy eyes and when they go to grab it you say "dont touch :(" buster is definitely better for spinning, but i still think its pretty overrated. i wish there was a place where you could take these pens for a test spin XP...

Buster is more practical and it'll last years of dropping, the Fir3fly is like a collector's item, and the buster takes some time to get used to but it's really good, just don't over practice if you're just starting, it'll make your wrist sore quickly, you can get used to it after a while though and it wont bother you at all :)

I've never touched a firefly before, but everyone says that it's fragile, so I'm gonna recommend a Buster (which I have) ONLY IF it doesn't feel overwhelmingly heavy for you.

You've got a point there fella, I don't know who the hell started saying to people to stay away from busters. It's best for the person to decide for himself/herself what to use. lolendthisnow and yeah, for me the firefly mod sucks, so buster ftw bec peem the legend uses it :3 -

This thread is filled with nonsense. I can't say I had a chance to spin a Firefly mod before, but I doubt you can say about any mod that "it spins like crap". It might not be to your liking, but that doesn't mean the mod sucks. I also remember there was a video Minwoo made to help promote this mod, and he did some impressive stuff with it. And regarding the Buster, what failure? I honestly have no idea what failure are you talking about. -

I love how this thread is 4 pages long and no one noticed that this thread is in the wrong forum. Supposed to be in pen modifications not regular pen discussion. @PenwisH /move thread? Edit: On a more serious note Lighter mods are generally better for you. So I would pick neither. But if I had to choose Buster over firefly even if the firefly is balanced out. The grip differences on both sides is really weird and firefly (sometimes) is harder to spin because it is more "slippery".

Firefly G3: Hard to balance. Uneven feel. Breaks if you look at it sharply. Buster: Heavy as hell. Long. Noobish. -
