I was watching card manipulation reels by zachmonky, and I saw some really interesting-looking montages to display his tricks. So...I tried it. I think it looks alright. People should do this more! The only problem I foresee is that it would look ugly if you didn't constantly cut...but this could be a new trend in combos. Instead of one-shot combos, maybe artsy-looking footage? Just some thoughts. It's like the modernist era of oil painting. But with pens. lol.
