How does science explain subatomic activity? As it would seem that particles at a subatomic level ignores the laws of physics and can do stuff like appear from nothing and vanishing.

Its not appearing from and disappearing to nothingness. Its just something different from matter that becomes matter and goes to being something different again. There is just not enough information about this process for laws to be postulated.

They just spit out math equations. If you can't explain something just invent a non-sensical branch of mathematics and say it explains said phenomena and that everyone else is too stupid to understand.
