This thread's probably in the wrong section, moderators, feel free to move it. Is there a trick or some way to use a *double-jointed thumb in spinning? *A double-jointed thumb is a thumb with unusual flexibility: my left thumb can do this: http://www.sodahead.com/fun/are-you-double-jointed/question-1563285/?link=ibaf&q=double+jointed+thumb&imgurl=http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z178/Klint00/Thumb.jpg Basically, the thumb can bend back way farther than normal, it's hard to tell in this picture, and I think my left thumb can go back farther than that. Anyways, any ideas as to how I can incorporate this in a combo?

Sure is, you can vary many different tricks by having this ability, i guess it would become usefull for sidespin? or instead of palspin to fingerless ta. sidespin - flta

for me it doesnt make a difference but ability to control ones movement with each individual finger is the key to easier looking and far more complicated moves.
