    Can anyone recommend me some books on philosophy please? It can be on any fields of philosophy.

    You should start with Plato's dialogues. It's easy to read and really fun.

    i have a book called "the improvement of the mind" by isaac watts. its pretty fascinating but its not exactly philosophy... it borders psychology, sociology, and political science. pretty interesting though...

    zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance reads like a novel but touches on various philosophies and can serve as an intro to philosophy. Otherwise slug through some of Aristotle's writings.

    Try stuff from Foucault. Difficult to read but he has some really good ideas.
