Any techniques/methods to remove damage such as dents, scratch marks, etc. and make them look better? Ex: I have a comssa barrel with a shallow knife mark around the barrel. RSVP cap with dents

Marker? Paint? Super precise plastic filling skills? There really isn't much of a way to fix scratches permantly. Just learn to accept them. Going to happen eventually anyways.

The best thing you can do is change the part if it really bothers you. Otherwise like MickChickenn said, accept it. It's a pen meant to be dropped.

no real way to fix it unless your just gonna either replace it or leave it alone or try to fix it more or mess with it making it look worse than you already think it already looks its a natual PS-ing thing

Put some grip over the RSVP cap's scratches and make a MSXA. Buy another comssa pen for its barrel; they are cheap.

Melt it down and remold the barrel / cap. No but really, some wear and tear is good for the soul, and your pen.
