hmmm...this one is close. but i'm going to have to go with neoAxl. both of you guys had notable execution errors and i liked FRspinner's style the most, but neo had more difficult links.

FRspinner: quite high difficulty, some nice stuff in there, okay linkages, execution is mostly okay, but a big error on the finish Neo: some nice bits, but there looked like there were one or two repeated links, maybe a slightly easier combo, quite long, unconvinced about 7-8 spreads being a good finisher. There are parts where the execution is very good, but the mistake at the start is even bigger than FRspinners. +1 FRspinner
