What is the right name for PalmSpin > FL TA > Index Spread/FL TA Release? Which is correct? PalmSpin > FL TA > Index Spread or PalmSpin > FL TA > FL TA Release? Intending to learn this but I am confused on how to execute it.

The two aren't the same, they're different depending on the way you do your flta release

I see. I want to be able to do this: So, I have to learn the PalmSpin > FL TA > Index Spread, as the Title indicates?

FL TA release is just another, less used, way to say index spread.

Looks more like an index spread than release to me. So yes, for me, PalmSpin > FL TA > Index Spread is correct.

1st- Ta > Index spread x5 > 0.5 fl ta catch 2nd- Ta release > fl ta release x4 i think 0.5 fl ta catch is included in the whole 'Fl/Ta release' trick, unlike index spreads..

I am learning it too. I do not know to to do the "Hand Flip" for the Index Spread Part.

Actually, I don't see why he is using all four fingers when doing index spread. Shouldn't it be only the index finger that is sticking out? Maybe that is his style.. Whatevs

That is correct, but it looks nicer that way. I am having trouble doing that.
