As someone who's tried to spin knives of that size, it's impossible, they're unbalanced as hell and you'll bleed to death. Likely fake.

Spinning small blades is pretty easy depending on the weight. 4-6 inches.

eh, id be scared to do it, but that chefs been cooking for yrs probably...most likely experienced cuts and ya...as zombo said, fundamentals only if someone did a hai tua on a knife,let alone any air tricks @_@

I'm impressed enough by the speed Chef Ramsay sharpens his knife lol. Any elaborate stunts are just unnecessarily foolish.
