Maybe you should improve your spinning to get subscribers...I won't subscribe to your channel, only because you tell me to do it. That will have the opposite effect.

FYI Youtube started removing "inactive" subscribers from your list. Meaning that it won't help if people just click the subscribe button because you told them so. Rather upload interesting content to have subscribers that are genuinely interested in your channel instead of spamming desperately on the shoutbox and forums.

If you really only care about the clicks use Vagex. You get your "subs" and "comments" basically for free.

The MOST effective way from what I have seen is to make tutorials. Look at people like Eso and KTrinhn, did Eso had like 5000 subs? And KTrihn is the PSer with most subscribers so far, IIRC. The other choice is to be active. Be a good spinner, make people interest in your spinning, get known, join a lot of tournaments. Make valuable videos, don't make people regretting their time watching one of your videos.
