I can only occasionally get a palmspin 1.0 because my hand can't hyper extend (right word?) my hand enough to allow the pen to rotate freely. Does anyone know any stretches I could do to solve this problem?

they dont really need to hyper extend, you just need to spin the pen on the highest point of your palm. thats not your thumbpad because then it would be a sidespin.

    1. Make the pen spin on the knuckles right before the finger starts. Getting it there is a timing and feeling issue. 2. Juss stretch your fingers back as if you were doing a palmspin. Maybe take your other hand and push the fingers down towards the back of your hand during that position. (lightly at first)

Minvvoo's tutorial is the most popular and helpful one out there, shouldn't be a big issue. Just do a TA, wait a moment and open your palm.

I used to have issues with the palm spin too. I looked at Minwoos tutorial

@TerryAngX it's all trial and error. If you're right handed, and if the pen seems to fly right, you are opening your palm too early, and vice versa for Lefty spinners. Remember to keep your palm almost parallel to the surface and stretch your hand as far out as possible. If your timing is correct, the pen will spin on the little bumps between your fingers and your palm. Good luck ;)

when you stretch your palm to the limit, you'll find that one of the highest point of the palm is just below your middle finger, try palmspinning there,it might work.(but i don't,i usually palmspin below my index finger.feel that i've more control there.)

@ Super VValrus: try tilting your hand a bit to the left.that should work @Manman:maybe your stretching your hand over your limit.

My hand won't bend back, no matter how many had exercises i do == My palmspins always hit the second joint of my fingers, or can't stay on the top part of my palm and spins downwards, which enables me to catch the pen in 34, but causing me to be unable to learn Palmspin>FLTA.... Any tips?
