When you are able to make combo's from around 20-25 seconds.

Whenever you think you are. Just make sure you have something new for the judges, and not use too much repeated links. Maybe when UPSBBT(UPSB's Beginner Tournament) comes again, you can try for it. Good luck~

Yes, you must be able to create many different combos with variety o frocks that look appealing and difficult maybe.

you feel ready when you start asking question about getting ready... alright just make a combo and ask people for their honest opinions. when you get positive response then you know you're ready. :] g00d luck!

When you know that everyone else participating in it sucks. The algebra teacher hosted one just because she hated pen spinning so much that she wanted kids to "get it all out" for one day. The winner was a kid who did the charge + sonic. Too bad I couldn't join because I took geometry...
