treble cleft spaces are FACE the lines are EGBDF (Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge), for bass cleft the spaces are ACEG (All Cows Eat Grass), for the lines GBDFA (Good Boys Deserve Fudge Always). Rhythmic notation isn't too hard to understand either... Do it yourself and you'll be able to learn the notes without relying on mnemonics.

It's kinda difficult to explain how to read notes fluently... i can give you some tips, but it seems like you'll need to learn some more basic songs to get the hang of note reading before you try and read this. I'm sure your fingers are flexible/fast/agile enough to pull this off no problem, but as far as note-reading goes, when i first learned how to do it, i kinda learned visually. I basically started by knowing the general location of the notes, and then looked on the sheet music for a relative location of where they are to each other. Of course, i supposedly have a gift at music so i picked it up fast, i think for you, the best thing you can do is practice reading notes. @Van
