Pen Modifications / Reforming Pen Grips

Quick question: Couldn't find thread anywhere else... I recently placed a HGG grip on a comssa cap, but took it off to build a mx. It's widened now, I was wondering if anything could reform it back to its original diameter (ex. bathing the grip in boiling water) Thanks never mind... boiling worked perfectly :D

..and I was pretty sure that once a grip is stretched, it will never go back to its original shape.. Did it last thou? Frog~

You could put it into a g3, or RSVP cap for several days but it#s very hard to get it in and keep it's original round shape! (Did it once with Sailors -> took me about 2h to get the grip in!)

Yep, it boiled down to its normal size. Fit perfectly around a hgg and mx. :) -

I think the boiling resets the direction of the long rubbermolecules. It's just speculation though. I think I'll ask my chemistry teacher, we won't be doing any serious lessons till next term anyways.
