    if you want to master aerial ones (my aerials are better than normal for ASS and mid-ring version), train fl ta ~ index spread to air (the standard 'aerial' fl ta in fl sequences) a lot that way, you can do a heap of aerial ones without needing to be that good at non-aerial cont ones =\ in the end, just practice...a lot :P
