Imagine if you could have a cap or body in any color. I was thinking about dyeing my superpirat body today after I saw those reynolds neons on PW. Has anyone dye'd pen mods before? idea/guidelines: http://www.yoyonation.com/talk/index.php?topic=76643.0 BTW- What plastic(s) are reynolds caps and pirat bodies made of?

Fuse spraypainted a waterfall green (the caps) I ordered a yellow waterfall off of pw and a yellow s360 body so it's fully yellow xD hehe

reynolds are more than likely abs which acrylonitrile butadyene styrene. dying has been tried before and doens't work all that well.

yep, spray painting sort of works. dyeing would be nice, but penwish says it doesn't work well :(.

Use multiple coats of paint, then seal it with varnish or otherwise for the best effect. If you don't have anything to seal it with and give a smooth feeling, don't bother.

Maybe ask some guy who does model stuff. Like model cars. They often dye the plastic parts.
