this isnt necessarily about the server, its about just logging into the game in general. like i downloaded the minecraft.exe file, but when i run it the page for the minecraft 1.2.5 notes comes up. at the bottom is the log in screen. when i place my info in and click log in, its says "user not premium". so i was wondering if u guys knew how to fix the problem. -

That means you haven't bought the game, so your account is not premium. Are you sure it is? -

im saying if you bought from the official site using ebay bank transfer, it will take a couple of days for the transaction to go through its possible in a few days, you'll see the money withdrawn and account credited. -

guys , go play minez its awesome. www.minez.net here's a map to get you started http://redd.it/x7jii you start along the south coast. get to one of those coastal cities to stock up in food, health pots and water, then move north. good luck, f3 shows your coords, or use a mod like Rei's minimap your data is saved across all servers so you can quit in one server and relog in another one no problem. if you want to organize a party use this thread

this game is kind of awesome. there are also online maps so you can see where all the major locations up north are. watch people from mindcrack play it for a good idea (vintagebeef, guudeboulderfist, pauseunpause) wait but is it free now? i thought it was still in beta testing

Depends on what you mean by North. I got all that stuff without passing Whitehaven. Evergreen Manor has some really nice stuff. (There was apparently some secret unde the bridge behind Evergreen Manor, that my friends found. There was enchanted stuff in there) Igloos are a nice food stop, so is Whitehaven. We just usually camp in Ridgevale for full chain, then head Whitehaven for iron stuff. In a previous life, we went all the way up north near the pirate ship, and all 6 of us died of starvation. There are no food stops along the east side, so stock up before heading up by there. How far did you guys get? -

last run, we went to al hasa, got killed by a bandit there though :/ never had any problem with food... go to abandoned farm to harvest melons using a hoe, pack up cookies (best ratio food to space) you cant get full iron in ridgevale dude... only chain our usual run starts at graveyard, go up to huntsgrove, then ridgevale. then can go anywhere like fort erie, pirate ship, etc. how did you find 2 buttons for manor @iColor

Not sure how my friends found 4 buttons, apparently I guess they were at Whitehaven. (And the iron was found at Whitehaven) We found the player chests in the manor. I think it was a glitch or bug, but the player chests were all placed. Oh well. -

ultrahardcore pvp is a survival game mode, last man standing wins unlike hunger games, we start in a randomly generated map with boundary walls to limit the size and no starting equipment. you are allowed to craft and mine whatever you want like regular minecraft. however, you are not allowed to strip/branch mine: if you want to mine resources underground, you'll have to find a cave (or mine a little bit to get to a cave). you are also not allowed to turtle by digging a hole and doing nothing. in uhc, life does not regenerate normally. the only way to regain health is by eating a golden apple or health pots. however, the recipes for crafting golden apple and glistering melon require gold ingots instead of nuggets, which make it much more difficult to acquire. furthermore, pressing TAB tells you the remaining health of the other players.

It's much slower paced than Hunger Games, and most other pvp maps. I'm going to put myself down as a maybe, but if I can, I would most likely be able to bring friends if needed.

bukkit is already therhe will try to find that spectate mode if you join within 30 mins of the game,starting, it should be fine playing, you'll just be disadvantage due to no gear (on the other hand you have full health)

Good game. When @shoeman6 killed me outside the jungle temple and I achieved invisibility, I stalked him. It was funny because I followed him into a cave and I was breaking blocks he was mining but it didn't affect him of course, and all I saw was shoeman6 mining an invisible block, and you could see the block degrade. Too bad my chat was disabled at this moment.

I've been running a private Feed The Beast server for a couple days, and it's been super interesting exploring all the new stuff. Feed The Beast is a mod pack like Tekkit which adds a bunch of new features. I think the best part about it is the tech tiers that you reach for, like from coal powered generators, to solar panels, oil refineries, nuclear power, etc. Surprisingly, it doesn't make the game feel "cheaty", instead it makes you grind for all the ores that you need to build your projects. I'm only on the low tier one tech stuff, which is coal generators powering electric furnaces. You should check it out: http://feed-the-beast.com/

haha i'm actually running a ftb server on upsb too but its private atm we ran a private tekkit server last year as well, got like 16 underwater drilling machines powered by nuclear lol, but EE made the game broken imo, too easy, its good FTB doesn't have it. -

we played tekkit, so we know how it works lol how about making a whitelisted server? upsb is struggling to handle ftb i considered getting some hosting for minecraft, but FTB needs 1gig ram minimum so that would cost like $12/month -

Thinking about it, I've got a VPS with 2gb ram. I'm paying about $20/month. :) I don't know who else would be interested in playing FTB. -

btw guys, you should watch UHC season 9, it's really fun. It's a pvp race game with teams of 4. First to kill the ender dragon wins. well anyway upsb server is not suitable for a 24/7 mc server that probably needs bukkit and a bunch of safety plugins,we need a dedicated host
