I think instead of requiring people to have over 1 year of spinning experience, you make an application video process. Some people progress faster than others. I believe s777 was in the world cup after only 1.5 years. Someone who may have only been spinning for 7-8 months could be better than someone who has spun for over a year. You also need to clear that up where it says "To be 1 or 2 years" does that mean if you have been spinning for over 2 years your not allowed in?
