Hi, this is a pretty chill edit that I've made in Sony Vegas Pro 11. It is simply skateboarding and skiing clips that I color corrected, edited, put together and synced at some points with the music. I'm alot into photo and video editing atm, so please tell me what you think ^^. Lol it's a bit heavy on the editing, when you watch something and the focus is on the effects and not the actual video then it might be overdone definitely shows your skills though

got it now: Pace of audio doesn't fit video, effects don't accomplish much except to make the video look edited. Try to be more creative with the way you display the text instead of just flashing it in and I think the text colors were really unfitting but I'm not sure if I remember right. It just fades out when the skiing begins because I didn't feel like editing all of that, there's not much I'd do to it anyways, the music I chose is too repetitive and has no real highlights I could sync anything to. I prefer editing in the compositional sense, I don't really play with effects but with how clips are arranged, how they fit to the music, paces and all that stuff. I could've done more with those videos, added text at least for the intro but I didn't feel THAT creative.

Get rid of the fake lens glare. Get rid of the fake broken lens. Get rid of the swirl distortions. Also, this is not an "edit." It is a video.

@neXus Whatever render settings you are using make the video look terrible when downsampled by YT.

I just quickly rendered single pass xvid at 3500. resolution is wrong too.

It actually looks pretty normal to me. Not fantasticly clear edges and stuff but it's not horrible. It's xvid.
