This. Not a necessary thread. I also noticed, the way the first post is worded, this thread could be merged, and it would look like a normal question.

G2s are bigger (length, diameter) than supergrips.

One of the grips comes on a mechanical pencil and the other one comes off of a gel pen.

G2 is longer and slightly thicker. @Nachoaddict I suggest a merge with either general question or comparison. Frog~ edit: was not aware its in regular pen discussion o.O

Ok, so I have a question. What are the differences between jap dr. grip and american dr.grip?

  15. PenwisH

it's been discussed a few times in the past but the tip is quite a big lighter, the grip is shorter, and extremely milkly/cloudy

It's the same. Pilot G-Tec-C is the same with Pilot Hi-Tec-C, just labeled differently. G-Tec-C is the international version.

@PenwisH I quite confusing about the new pens and old pens? How to make sure that is that old or new? Like the super tips. The discontinued and rare why we call it new? Are not that is old one?

  22. PenwisH
    Date: Wed, May 2 2012 15:12:45

it doesn't really matter just call it whatever it is by description is better than new or old since people have no clue whether it's newer or older

    Airfit Jel and Airfit?

  24. PenwisH
    Date: Thu, May 3 2012 02:43:40

@MrFloob AF gel uses bigger ink so the tip it self is more hollow and lighter. AF gel is discontinued. AF gel trip also has a larger inner diameter (grip is thinner than normal airfit) AF normal uses normal ink and is heavier

AF Gel is great to write with AF? nope. Frog~

@FRspinner Impact RT is the big tip for impact mx and stuff impact capped is just a normal signo so you want to buy the RT one only since there are cheaper ways to get signos
