Pen Modifications / Buster cyl help!!

so I'm trying to make a buster cyl and Iwas wondering can I replace the Zebra air-fit pen with the Zebra air-fit mechanical pencil? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zebra-Airfit-Mechanical-Pencil-with-Push-Grip-0-5-mm-/180579805667?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a0b6529e3 It has the same grip as the pen but i don't know about the tip.

The MP tip is heavier than Ballpoint MP=5.12 and Ballpoint is about 4.75 but MP tip works

Yes you can, but I don't recommend it. MP tips are already heavier than BP tips (which are like bricks). Your mod will be very heavy, but do what you want. I just recommend spinning light since it looks like you are new to PSing.
