General Discussion / What mod should I get?

Hi guys! Im new to this website and this indeed is my first post :D Well I was just wondering what mod i should get. I've been spinning for about 2 yrs and Ive been taking it seriously for like 6 months with an RSVP MX. All the time before i used a drumstick to spin and did tricks like fingerpass, thumbaround, charge etc. So would a Buster CYL be too heavy for my fingers or should I get a Metallic Comssa? *Hint Hint* I like the look of the buster at least 10 times as much as a comssa. Thx for all of the replies :D wasnt expecting much lol. Btw I cant really buy mods so is there a mod that doesnt require buying online yet still has better momentum than an MX? I live in America btw so getting mods online/parts online would only happen on my birthday or a special occasion... I also would like a dc mod because they look better in my opinion.

Buster is insanely heavy and once you use it, you will find it very hard to use your MX. If you want a step up from your MX, consider an MSXA, SEVEN G3 or Ayatori mod. If you want to go DC, metallic comssa is nice but for 6 months the waterfall would be a nice shot, it has more momentum to it but nowhere near as much as the buster

No, dont get a buster .. WHY? 1. its not good for beginner because of the weight(its one of the heaviest mod) 2. it will ruin ur style , let me elaborate: cuz if u use heavier pen mod u will learn fundemental tricks EASIER so when u switched to a lighter mod, seven g3( 14g) buster is 18g, u willl lose control. [B]i would recommend u to get Waterfall because its a medium weight mod, Bictory/Metalic comssa i've tried those mods its too light. about 11g (correct me if im wrong guys), [/B] @BeyondEminence

I checked out that mod after you posted ur reply and i was wondering if i could use those fiddle stick marker caps for it... you know the ones we used back in pre-k :P -

Bitch please, my mods make a buster look like kindergarten and I'm 7 months, I still can use lighter mods fine too. Your pen should reflect your style though, if you've been spinning MX SERIOUSLY consider the Seven G3 or ayatori, the SC feeling will be familiar and they both build style. -

ok if you dont care about style or becoming a great pen spinner and just want to show off tricks... get a buster. but if you want to go the length and become a skillful and artistic spinner, get something like waterfall or seven g3<===favorite sc mod ^_^ (i.e. not super heavy mods) im not saying that there were never great spinner who got buster like mods early, but its usually a better idea to wait until your ready for that.
