    does anyone spin a ball.i can spin it for a short time.can anyone tell me how to spin it properly?

    I did a TA>Palmspin 2.0ish> Hai Tua x10 once. I'm not kidding. It was with a basketball in Personal Fitness.

    You need to learn to gently tap it to keep it going. Just watch a clip on Youtube of someone spinning a basketball and hitting it with the other hand to add momentum. The key is to just brush past the ball, rather than hit it full on.

    if you know basic power tricks, ball spinning can be super fun like if you use a smaller basketball.

    @Fuse lol i have tried... not the best idea... actually earlier today i was doing palmspins and spreads on a travel mug. it was pretty sweet... but it is fun to do palmspins and haituas on balls... wow that does not sound right when you read it

    In gym, all I do is spin the basketballs. If I could get a good grip I could do Ayatori trick. :D
