Advanced Tricks / Double Thumbaround

So, um... I started practicing the Double TA. I can do both the normal TA and FL TA, but I can't seem to get the two to link properly and go smoothly... The pen keeps stopping right as I try to do the FL TA. I'm guessing that my problems are catching the pen and moving my thumb so I can do the FL TA? Sorry if I don't sound very clear ^_^
